Charlestown is in Western New Hampshire, on the Connecticut River. The Grist Mill site location is on State Route 12, north of Charlestown. Located opposite the intersection of Route 12 and Route 103, which is approximately 2.5 miles from Interstate 91, the North-South commercial highway corridor in Vermont.
The location is within an hour travel time between the Keene, Brattleboro and the Lebanon-Hanover urban areas. Also, we are within 5 hours of Montreal and New York City.
The land sites are in a Southern and Westerly direction, which provides a pleasant year round environment for sunshine and the extra benefit of quick snow melt. Some of the sites even provide excellent views of Vermont and many ski areas to the west. We are also very close to rail facilities.
