Grist Mill Development

The Grist Mill Development is approximately 80+ acres just outside of the downtown area. We have been developing this site for the last three years, in mutual cooperation with the Town of Charlestown. At this time, we have available 35 permitted acres, with Town water, Town sewer and three phase power. This project is the third for CEDA, and to date, our developments have been able to provide the community with 500 jobs with above average pay and benefits. We can also refer you to businesses in our other developments for information.

The land sites are in a Southern and Westerly direction, which provides a pleasant year round environment for sunshine and the extra benefit of quick snow melt. Some of the site seven provide excellent views of Vermont and many ski areas to the west. We are also very close to rail facilities.
